SERAMED TF 15 is a water based printing medium for third firing decoration. It has been specifically studied for preparation of normal colour pastes which are usually applied by 120 or 140 mesh screen designs.

Thanks to its special composition, the main features of this medium are, fast drying and strong cohesion of the printed paste to the tile surface.

These characteristics are required whenever a short decoration line or little distance between printing machines is there.

Overlapped designs are easy to achieve and sticky paste on the back side of the screens is unlike to occur.

For paste preparation it is recommended to use of a micro-spheres refiner. The powder-medium ratio can widely vary according to the design and the powder base characteristics. However it is suggested to set the paste density from 1650 to 1800 grs/lit. to get the best and most consistent printing result.

SERAMED TF 20 is a water based printing medium for third firing decoration. It has been specifically studied for preparations of high density pastes that are often required to achieve relieve effects such as thick white printing.

In spite of the thickness of the design, its special composition allow to get the printed paste dry quickly and the paste cohesion to the tile surface is sudden and permanent with no other auxiliary such as fixatives or hardeners required.

For paste preparation it is recommended to use of a micro-spheres refiner. The powder-medium ratio can widely vary according to the design and the powder base characteristics. However it is suggested to set the paste density from 1850 to 2000 grs/lit. to obtain the best and most consistent printing result.

SERAMED TF 30 is a water based printing medium for third firing decoration. It has been specifically studied for preparation of fast drying speed pastes, that are often required to achieve a consistent printing process, especially when the decorating line is not equipped with driers between printing machines. In spite of the design, its special composition allow to get the printed paste dry quickly but, in the same time, leaving the paste on the screen workable all through the printing process.
